[OntVFR] OntVFR Digest, Vol 64, Issue 17

Robyn,

this was diagnosed by my mechanic after the brakes seized up while riding
and I had to stop on the side of the road and tow the bike as it could not
be moved one inch. Not sure how he came to this conclusion but I trust his
judgment 100%.
